alhamdulillah...almost 3 weeks dah kat pediatrics ward ni.. macam2 diseases kat ward..kecik2 dah kena admit kat spital dah..semoga cepat baik ye..=)

hm, adik adik be nice to akak ye...^^

EOP pun dah settle...sama sama doa yg terbaik ..amin..

esok 2nd posting at pediatrics ward..hoohoohoo..kena berbaik2 dengan bebudak ni..how to do PE kat budak2 eh....?

all the best kawan2....cuti di hujung minggu after EOP exam..relax2 n makan2...=)

fuhh..fuhh..long time not blogging ni..4weeks ago last post kat blog..hehe..
pejam celik pejam celik dah hampir end of posting dah..one more week to go then sit for clinical exam!..sgt nervous..-__-

 

lots of new things i've learned, observed and performed! thank you to doctor because teach us and gave us a chance to perform certain things..ahamdulillah..Prasie to Him..=)
still remembered about sorang patient ni..during physical examination on her, i'm keep asking her about her current pregnancy...then, i'm just guess her baby was a girl..dgn muka excitednya, akak tu tanya "eh, cmana doctor tahu perempuan??".....suka nya akak ni..comel plak tu!..hehe.."saya teka je akak,tak sangka betul..hehe"..everyday when i enter the ward, dapat tengok muka ibu ibu yang dh bersalin , muka happy nya..lagi2 si twins..comei je..hehe..

..knowledge u can add on..experience u can get it..but attitude? its depends on yourself...=)

fuhh, lama tak menulis kat blog ni..too busy with pindah memindah n classes..


1st oct : orientation week..everyday 8a.m - 5p.m.balik2 mesti dah mengantuk..hehe..but i've learned lots of new things and new knowledge.. i've been exposed about basic things before enter clinical years..alhamdulillah, orientation week went well..=)

8 oct : bermulalah my clinical years di HTAR..actually, takut sebenarnya nak bedepan dgn patients, staffs at hospital..tapi kena adapt lah dgn environment sana kan..myb first time nak assist doc and clerk patients agk sush lah..try ur best!

my first posting was at obstetrics and gynecology department..for the 1st week, i've seen live for normal delivery, caesarean section, and excision biopsy of breast..nengok delivery, tetiba teringt kat ibu di rumah..9 bulan dalam kandungan ibu dan bukan mudah tuk lahirkan kita..hargailah dan sayangilah mereka..patients bila nampak their baby's face , terus menitiskan airmata..-_-

Brain is the central organ of human body.. it is extremely complex and sophisticated...Here some interesting facts about our brain..let's read it..=)


1. The human brain is the fattest organ in the body and may consists of at least 60% fat.

2.  While awake, your brain generates between 10 and 23 watts of power–or enough 
energy to power a light bulb.

3. Each time we blink, our brain kicks in and keeps things illuminated so the whole world doesn’t go dark each time we blink (about 20,000 times a day).

4. Every time you recall a memory or have a new thought, you are creating a new connection in your brain.

5. A living brain is so soft you could cut it with a table knife.

6. The brain can live for 4 to 6 minutes without oxygen, and then it begins to die. No oxygen for 5 to 10 minutes will result in permanent brain damage.

7. The left side of your brain (left hemisphere) controls the right side of your body; and, the right side of your brain (right hemisphere) controls the left side of your body.

8. Laughing at a joke is no simple task as it requires activity in five different areas of the brain.

9.  Reading aloud and talking often to a young child promotes brain development.

10. The Hypothalamus part of the brain regulates body temperature much like a thermostat. The hypothalamus knows what temperature your body should be (about 98.6 Fahrenheit or 37 Celsius), and if your body is too hot, the hypothalamus tells it to sweat. ~ 'war museum' ~

31 Ogos 2012 adalah tarikh kemerdekaan untuk negara kita .kali ni jatuh hari Jumaat..hai sabtu adik ajak ibu pergi "War Museum"...hm,i've heard about this museum before but didn't get chance to get there..alhmdulillah, 1st september we went there..=)

The museum at Batu Maung, on the southern part of Pulau Pinang that the battle against the invading Japanese army was lost. In the 1930, a formidable fortress was built by the British army atop Bukit Maung, to protect the island against the enem ..

memang sgt excited nak pergi sana sebb teringt sal subjek sejarah time skolah menengah..mcm nak tahu lagi lanjut n nak tahu cmana tempat dia dulu kala..

kami start menjelajahi muzium tu pukul 1.50p.m.. ambil masa dlm sejam lebih jgk utk hbiskan 37 check points..i thought this museum mcm museum yg selalu kita p tpi rupanya lain..mcm jungle tracking sikit..sebab kawasannya berbukit bukit..

sebelum memulakan perjalanan kami, abg kat situ terang serba sedikit tntg muzium tu..kami diarahkan utk follow je arrows yg ditandakan..kawasan "no entry" jgn sesekali msuk..huhu..

muzium ni hmpir 60 tahun terbiar oleh krajaan kita..tahun 2002 baru start renovation  n dibuka utk pengunjung semua..semua bangunan adalah bangunan yg asal..ada sesetengah barang seperti meriam, senapang, peluru hanyalah replika..ada jgk brgan lama yg sudah berkarat n hampir reput..

 ni lah museum2 dia..ni baru 5%..

dalam lock up ni tak leh msuk..tgk dari luar je..

 tak silap ni dorm..pun tak leh msuk..agk seram sikit..huhu

ni lah.betingkat bangunannya..berblok-blok.dari tingkat ats turun ke bwh.kawasannya berbukit.

tempat ni dimana pemancungan di jalankan.menurut wak di situ, kepala yg dipancung akn dipancakkan @ di gantung ditali..badan akan disimpan di bilik tmpt penyimpanan, dan akhinya akn dibuang ke laut..

menurut wak juga, perempuan2 melayu akn ditngkap dan ditempatkan di satu bangunan utk 'kegunaan' mereka..bangunan tersebut jgk dikunci, tidak dibenakn msuk..

one of the tunnel yg kami msuk..kena bongkokkan diri.sgt2 gelap dlm ni kalu jln without lampu..ha,menurut abg kat situ, tunnel ni dpt muatkan 200 org tentra..dorg bersembunyi dlm tunnel ni..tak dpt bygkan cemana keadaan on that time..

around 3pm kami pun sampai digarisan penamat..hehe

tak rugi datang sini..=))  macam nak pegi lagi sekali..hehe..^^

lepas tu, smbung beraya ke rumah tok menakan...malam singgah Padang Kota Lama ambil angin malam..
